Job Description
We are looking for a Director, Proposal Development Center to spearhead our proposal development team and work with capture management activities to plan resources and be prepared for upcoming opportunities. The ideal candidates will be a visionary leader with a strong track record in team management, proposal management, and overall procurement processes in commercial and Public Sector industries. This position will be full-time and remote.

What You'll Do
Lead the proposal development process from strategy to submission, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance with client requirements
Innovate and develop new processes and procedures that address complex challenges and provide significant value to internal clients
Drive the growth of the business through identifying win strategies and facilitating the creation of a winning proposal
Manage and mentor a diverse team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Ensure compliance and accuracy of proposal content, libraries, metrics and other enterprise data
Oversee operational processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and scalability of service
Collaborate with various verticals within the organization to ensure that technical and business needs are met in a cohesive and integrated manner
Provide thought leadership and contribute to the strategic direction of the company
Develop and implement team objectives, performance metrics, and individual goals that align with company-wide business development target
What We'll Need
Required
A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience with proposal and team management
Strong leadership skills with experience in managing teams and processes effectively
Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities, with the skill to work effectively across different levels of an organization
Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and the capacity to create and implement comprehensive business development plans
Ability to work remotely with a high degree of self-motivation and discipline
Bachelor’s degree in business, Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
Physical Demands
Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions
Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
