Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant for a long-term support engagement. This position will be a full-time, remote, and a direct hire position.
What You'll Do
Work closely with clients to understand their HR challenges and define detailed business requirements
Create tailored Oracle Cloud HCM solutions to meet client needs, ensuring they are effective and efficient
Provide expert advice and strategic insights to help clients overcome HR challenges and optimize their processes
Lead the design and architecture of Oracle Cloud HCM solutions, ensuring they align with industry best practices and client requirements
Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure the solutions are robust and reliable
What You'll Need
Required
A minimum of 4-years of experience working with Oracle Fusion HCM
Strong understanding of HR processes and Oracle HCM Cloud solutions
Proficiency in configuring and implementing Oracle Fusion HCM modules
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to design solutions that address client challenges
Hands-on experience with HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Extracts, HSDL, BI Publisher, and OTBI for report generation and analytics
Expertise in Oracle Workflow and Approvals, including setup, modifications, and maintenance within Fusion HCM
Proficiency in creating and modifying Fast Formulas for custom calculations, validation rules, and reports
Skilled in ad-hoc SQL reporting
Desired
Oracle Fusion HCM certifications are a plus
Experience with Redwood Visual Builder is a plus
Physical Demands
Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards
Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor.
